Product Overview
The On-site PSA Nitrogen Generation System is an advanced nitrogen production solution designed to generate high-purity nitrogen directly at your facility. Utilizing Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology and premium Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS), the system separates nitrogen from compressed air and delivers a continuous, reliable, and cost-effective nitrogen supply.
By eliminating dependence on nitrogen cylinders, liquid nitrogen deliveries, and third-party gas suppliers, our PSA nitrogen generators help industrial users significantly reduce operating costs while ensuring uninterrupted production.
Whether your application requires nitrogen for inerting, blanketing, packaging, purging, laser cutting, electronics manufacturing, chemical processing, or heat treatment, SINNA GAS provides a customized solution tailored to your exact purity and flow requirements.
Why Choose On-site Nitrogen Generation?
Traditional nitrogen supply methods often involve recurring costs, transportation delays, cylinder handling risks, and fluctuating gas prices. An on-site PSA nitrogen generator allows businesses to produce nitrogen whenever it is needed.
Key Benefits
- Reduce nitrogen supply costs by up to 80%
- Continuous 24/7 nitrogen production
- Purity up to 99.9999%
- Fully automatic PLC-controlled operation
- Minimal maintenance requirements
- Eliminate dependence on external gas suppliers
- Fast return on investment
- Environmentally friendly solution
For companies with medium to high nitrogen consumption, PSA technology is often the most economical and sustainable long-term solution.
How PSA Nitrogen Generation Works
Atmospheric air contains approximately 78% nitrogen and 21% oxygen. PSA technology uses Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) to selectively adsorb oxygen molecules while allowing nitrogen molecules to pass through.
The Process
Air Compression: Ambient air is compressed and filtered to remove dust, oil, and moisture.
Adsorption: Clean compressed air enters the PSA adsorption vessels where oxygen, moisture, and trace gases are captured by the CMS.
Nitrogen Production: High-purity nitrogen passes through the adsorption bed and is collected for use.
Regeneration: The saturated adsorption vessel automatically regenerates while the second vessel continues producing nitrogen.
Continuous Operation: The twin-tower design ensures an uninterrupted nitrogen supply with stable purity and pressure.

Typical Applications
Laser Cutting: Provides high-purity nitrogen to improve cutting quality, eliminate oxidation, and increase productivity.
Food & Beverage Packaging: Extends product shelf life through Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) technology.
Electronics Manufacturing: Creates a low-oxygen environment for soldering and precision electronic production.
Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry: Used for inerting, blanketing, purging, and product protection.
Oil & Gas Industry: Suitable for pipeline purging, pressure testing, and storage tank blanketing.
Metal Heat Treatment: Protects metal surfaces from oxidation during thermal processing.
Real Cost Saving Example
Many customers choose PSA nitrogen generation primarily because of its financial advantages.
A metal fabrication company operating multiple fiber laser cutting machines previously relied on delivered nitrogen cylinders. Rising gas costs and frequent cylinder replacement negatively affected productivity.
After installing a 120 Nm³/h PSA Nitrogen Generation System, the company achieved:
- Approximately 70% reduction in nitrogen supply costs
- Continuous on-demand nitrogen availability
- Reduced production downtime
- Estimated investment payback within 18 months
Actual savings depend on local gas prices, operating hours, and nitrogen consumption levels.
