1.Project Management Structure

The enterprise adopts a hierarchical management model of "General Manager - Project Department - Specialized Manager":

The General Manager oversees the overall situation, and the Project Department promotes business specifically;

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for raw material sourcing and manufacturing arrangement to ensure the efficient operation of the production link;

The Project Manager focuses on project schedule, coordination of all links, and sub-contractor management to ensure the pace and quality of project implementation;

The Transportation and Storage Manager leads product storage and delivery and transportation to open up the logistics and storage links at the end of the supply chain.

2.Quality Control System

With "General Manager - Quality Manager" as the core, a quality supervision network covering the entire production process is established:

From the source control of design, process, and material, to the process management of welding, heat treatment, and product inspection, and then to the special verification of pressure test, nondestructive test, and control system, each link is equipped with full-time engineers (such as Design Engineer, Welding Engineer, NDT Engineer, etc.);

At the same time, sub-contractor quality management is incorporated to achieve a full-chain quality closed loop from the inside out.

3.Customer Service Process

A system of "multi-channel customer docking - hierarchical problem handling - full-process service closed loop" is established:

Customers can initiate requests through channels such as Site Manager, Sales Manager, direct docking, or other departments;

Routine issues are directly answered by customer service personnel or referred to relevant departments; major issues are coordinated by the General Manager, Warranty Engineer, and relevant departments, and resolved through methods such as on-site processing, return to factory for repair/replacement, and special meetings;

Finally, customer service files are formed to make the service traceable and optimizable.
