Why Choose Our Containerized PSA Nitrogen Plants?
Fast Deployment
The complete nitrogen generation system is integrated inside a standard ISO container and delivered ready for operation. Minimal civil work and installation are required on site, reducing project implementation time and labor costs.
Lower Operating Costs
By producing nitrogen on-site, customers can eliminate recurring expenses associated with liquid nitrogen transportation, cylinder rental, and gas supplier dependency. Many industrial users achieve substantial long-term cost savings compared with traditional nitrogen supply methods.
Designed for Remote Locations
Our containerized systems are specifically designed for projects where reliable gas supply is critical, including remote mining sites, oil fields, offshore platforms, and temporary industrial facilities.
Customized Engineering Solutions
Every project has unique requirements. SNNA Gas offers customized nitrogen purity, flow rate, pressure, container configuration, electrical standards, and environmental protection solutions to match specific operating conditions.
Global Export Experience
With extensive experience serving international markets, our team understands global project requirements and provides professional engineering support, export packaging, documentation, and after-sales service.
How PSA Nitrogen Generation Works
Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology separates nitrogen from compressed air using high-quality Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS).
Compressed air first passes through the air treatment system, where moisture, oil, and contaminants are removed. The purified compressed air then enters the PSA adsorption towers.
The CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, and trace gases while allowing nitrogen molecules to pass through. Two adsorption towers operate alternately, ensuring continuous nitrogen production without interruption.
The entire process is automatically controlled by an intelligent PLC system, delivering stable nitrogen purity and flow 24 hours a day.
