Working Principle

 

The PSA nitrogen generator operates through two alternating adsorption towers.


Air Compression
Ambient air is compressed to a stable operating pressure using an industrial air compressor.


Air Purification System
The compressed air passes through multi-stage purification:

  • Oil removal filter

  • Moisture removal (dryer system)


Nitrogen Separation (Adsorption Phase)
Compressed air enters the adsorption tower filled with Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS):
