The 50,000 Nm3/h PSA Unit is a hydrogen purification project that SNNA started in July 2023 and successfully delivered in July 2024. During the cooperation with the users, we overcame difficulties such as tight project schedule and numerous project requirements. From design to manufacturing, and passing the third-party inspection, it only took one year. At each critical node, such as water pressure test, paint completion, and FAT test, there were representatives from the users, the third-party, SNNA engineers, and the factory production team jointly overseeing the process. From project design to document submission, there were strict regulations or norms. During the design phase, we had fixed weekly meetings with the user side to reach consensus. During the manufacturing phase, there were monthly reports and project progress photos to ensure the orderly progress of the project. The smooth progress of this project laid the foundation for more efficient cooperation between SNNA and the users in the future and also enabled SNNA to make further progress in the hydrogen purification industry.
